Carter of Toccoa, GA; brothers-in-law, Bill Sloan Kelley and Johnny Childers of Toccoa, GA; infant sister, Brenda Sue and an infant brother.
Survivors include sisters, Frances Kelley and Rebecca Childers; brother, Lee Carter and wife, Carolyn all of Toccoa, GA; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Carter of Baldwin, GA; nephews and wives, Peyton & Rebecca Carter of Alabama, Scott & Tiffani Carter of Florida, Patrick & Teresa Carter, Brandon & Cassandra Carter of Toccoa, GA, and Jake Childers of Toccoa, GA; great nieces and nephews, Katia, Brittany, Rihanna, Melanie, Jimmy, Karena Carter, Justin Carter, Jase Childers, Boone and Haley Carter, Anna, Devin, Dulce, and Diesel Carter.
