Michael Anthony Townsend, born July 28th 1971 in Pinelias County Florida. Died at Stephens County Hospital on May 8th 2020. He was 48 yrs old.

Mike grew up a fighter and a mama's boy all in one. He grew up in the Clearwater area of Florida. If you listened to Mike's famous stories then you knew he was a fighter. His whole life either he was fighting sickness or people. In 2001 his whole life changed when his twin boys where born. As a single father he raised his boys for 8 yrs. He met Jammie in 2013 and they married in 2018. Anything Mike did he gave it all he had. He had defied death practically since birth with several health issues. He continued to surprise doctors even in the end. He was loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.

Mike was preceded in death by his mother Christine Townsend, father James Townsend,a nephew Phillip Graham, A stepmother in law Myra Brim, and a 17 yr old nephew Morgan McDuffie.

Mike left behind a wife Jammie Townsend 43, 2 sons Michael Townsend Jr. and Matthew Townsend both 19. 2 sisters Michelle Townsend and Laurie Forrest. And a brother James Townsend. 6 nephews Joshua Forrest, John Townsend, Sean Graham, Vincent Anderson, Chris Anderson, and Joseph Payne. And 2 Nieces Ashton Forrest and Abigail Warren.
