Sandra Elizabeth Black Arnold, age 65 of Toccoa, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019, at her residence.
Born in Habersham County on September 17, 1954, she was a daughter of the late Truett Black and Frances Elizabeth Maxwell Black. Mrs. Arnold retired from Standard Telephone and was of the Holiness faith.
Surviving are son and daughter-in-law, Stephen & Susan Bruce of Seneca SC; granddaughter, Shelby Burke of Toccoa; great grandchildren, Samson & Sage; brother, David Black of Demorest; niece, Tara Elizabeth Turner of Alto; special friends, Jim Mallory, Rosie Brown, and Debbie Jenkins.
Private services will be held.
